Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen, the world’s first fully accessible art depot, is located at Museumpark in the centre of Rotterdam. The assignment was to offer a glimpse behind the scenes of the museum world and make the whole art collection accessible to the public. Visiting the Depot offers a completely new experience: the art is arranged according to size and climate requirements, not art history periods. Old and contemporary works are juxtaposed, making new connections. The Depot features exhibition halls, a rooftop garden, and a restaurant, and an enormous amount of storage space for art and design.

H-FARM CAMPUS is located in the Sile River natural park, which borders Venice's lagoon. It is set on 51 hectares, of which only 10% made up of built structures. This growth is in perfect synergy with the existing HQ and in total harmony with the surrounding countryside. The expansion includes 10 new structures dedicated to education, startups, library, offices and sports for a total of 30,000 sqm. The project has zero architectural impact due to the recover of abandoned structures belonging to a former military base. The remaining area is dedicated to parkland with 27 hectares open to the public.

The museum’s collection, which showcases some 300 timepieces, is displayed alongside two in-situ production workshops, creating a living museum. The Bengaluru Global Research and Development Campus will become the new ‘Innovation Hub’ of Siemens Healthineers India from 2025. The 5,500 employees will work interdisciplinarily in the 175,000 m² GFA complex. The guiding concept for this innovative working environment is characterised by collaboration, communication and transparency as well as extraordinary sustainability fullfilling the carbon neutral 2030 KPI mission. Seven buildings, staggered in height and grouped around a green inner courtyard, are connected on several levels via sky walks and sky gardens. Human encounters are given an inspiring stage in the architectural landscape, which is strongly interwoven with the outdoor space.

ARBORETUM is Europe’s largest low-carbon office campus. Located only 15 minutes away from Paris’ city center, it offers 125,000sqm of offices and services built in solid wood, surrounding a 22 acres private park. Arboretum embodies the post-covid office by promoting a direct access to nature, starting with wooden interiors. It is the largest demonstrator of the protocol developed by WO2 advocating health and well-being at work : large office floors (up to 4,000sqm) with direct views on the park, visible through 2,5m high windows and 3,10m ceiling height, allowing natural light penetration and protected terraces at every floor.

A £2.5bn regeneration project on London's South Bank, Bankside Yards is the first major mixed-use estate in the UK to be fossil-fuel-free. With sustainability and wellness at its core, the project brings residential, offices, retail, leisure, a hotel and cultural space to a strategic brownfield site, alongside several acres of new public spaces which support biodiversity.
Stunningly designed new buildings nestle with historic railway arches, which will be restored and fully accessible. This will mean that for the first time in 150 years, London’s South Bank and Bankside will be connected, creating a continuous cultural strip along the Thames.

The Olympic Aquatic Centre for Paris2024 emerges as a concave wooden sculpture amidst a green urban landscape, underscoring its sustainable values. During the Games, up to 5.000 spectators can witness the competitions for water polo, diving, and synchronized swimming here. Thereafter, the complex’s legacy is an inviting multifunctional sports center for the neighbourhood. The surrounding park is designed for sports and relaxation, catalysts for meeting and social interaction.
Both stadium and Pedestrian Overpass over the A1 blend an urban strategy with architectural gestures to advance the connectivity and environmental economy and breathe new life into the Plaine Saulnier eco-district development.

ZIN is a redevelopment project of the former 1970s WTC towers located in the heart of the North Area, the high-rise district of Brussels. After dismantling - while keeping the existing structural concrete cores - the 30-story rebuilt towers will be connected by a new volume of 14 levels benefiting each of a double height for office use. Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen is Northern Europe's largest hospital for prevention and treatment of diabetes. It redefines the way we perceive sickness and health, as it is draws on the science behind how architecture combined with nature can be used not only to treat, but also to prevent and educate.
Designed in cooperation with users, the hospital incorporates warm materials, strategic flows and daylight. It is organised around a large two-storey garden with six smaller lush courtyards, with a public rooftop garden. The anodised aluminium façade frame has large glass sections that break the boundary between indoor and outdoor.

Consisting of 71 villas designed in three distinct Vietnamese architectural styles: Hill Pool Villas, designed in the style of the Ede tribes; Beach Pool Villas, inspired by the Cham tribes; Cluster Villas; and 2 Hill Residence, built on traditional stilts next to lush fields and rice paddies. The deal achieved record pricing never seen previously in the UK market. At £210 million, the development is also the largest single asset forward funding deal ever negotiated and traded in UK history. Located in the Grand Paris Sud region, this wide-reaching platform has been completely rebuilt on a former industrial brownfield, based on an approach blending innovation and sustainable development. It will be the first logistics platform in the world to be certified "Zero Carbon" from its construction phase through its use over the next 50 years, by the International Living Future Institute. The building is made of a wooden structure with a volume that houses eight half-levels of parking spaces to better integrate with the natural slope of the land. The parking lot has 565 spaces for cars and 12 spaces for two-wheelers and spaces with charging stations for electric vehicles. When the transition of future users' modes of transportation renders this service obsolete, the demountable nature of parking lot will make it possible to leave room for a new occupation. Frederiksberg Allé 41 is home to a food and culture house including food stalls, workshops and cultural facilities with an apartment building and a green inner courtyard above. The BNP Paribas Fortis Headquarters building is located exactly where it stood for the last 200 years. The new building follows again the original street alignment and makes reference both to the 12-m difference in height that separates Brussels’ "Ville Haute" from the "Ville Basse", and the existing building heights in the area. The use of existing basement areas as a seasonal heat store keeps the mechanical plant to a minimum. A series of vast curvilinear landscaped courtyards and a large atrium provide the 4,500 building’s users and the general public with high-quality spaces in the heart of Brussels.

Located in Östermalm, Stockholm’s historic city centre, Astoriahuset and Nybrogatan 17 consists of a renovated multi-story building from 1873 and the construction of a new connected office building. The existing building, which previously housed offices and a cinema, has undergone a transformation that has brought the building back to its original function – residential apartments. Cukrarna, a former Sugar Refinery, was built in 1828. It was destroyed by a fire in 1845 and later became a tobacco and textile factory, a military barracks, and a homeless shelter. It was also a temporary home for poets and writers of Slovenia's Modern period and is therefore firmly anchored in the national subconscious as an important cultural symbol. The key idea, was to carve out all internal structures of the building, preserving only the historic envelope and convert it into a multi-functional space for contemporary art.Cukrarna represents a revolutionary new space within the cultural infrastructure of Ljubljana.

We have designed a decidedly forward-looking residential complex with abundant vegetation, because we believe urban projects need to be green. NICE LE RAY features green roofs and fair-faced concrete high-rise buildings fitted with timber elements and embellished with Mediterranean plants grown in planters as well as directly in the ground below. We made a point of using durable materials in this project. The ochre colouring and the stone underline the architectural heritage of this housing complex in Nice, set between an urban boulevard on the one side and a landscaped park on the other.

Æbeløen’s 146 residences - comprising townhouses and apartment buildings - inhabit the last vacant plot in Aarhus’ historic Øgade neighbourhood adjacent to the city’s botanical garden. Designed around a cobblestoned shared street and green courtyards, the design emerges from an architectural “sampling” of the urban context creating a significant interpretation of the surrounding architecture. Social diversity is a central value in the project and Æbeløen is designed as a public “shared space” opening the neighbourhood to community-oriented life. Rainwater collection combined with green facades is a recreational visible element that create an urban habitat for plants, birds, and insects.

Located next to the historic Borough Market in the heart of London, the recently completed Borough Yards development of new retail streets, cultural galleries and commercial office space is urbane and welcoming.

SPPARC has created an architectural typology which started from the principle that there should be pedestrian lanes within the block linking the river to the historic market, through a series of connecting yard spaces and streets weaved through an impressive Victorian brick arched railway viaduct to optimise the public use and enjoyment.

This is the Hanabata Public Space and Sakuramachi Redevelopment plans, which show their honor and pride of Kumamoto and aims at a symbolic tourist spot to be.
Reconstruction of the central area was also required to carry its historical heritage after the 2016 earthquake.
This large complex accommodates Japan’s largest bus terminal, a hotel, cultural and commercial facilities with a rooftop garden 30 meters above ground. From the garden you can see Kumamoto Castle closely.
The park square, promenade, and the rooftop garden create an image that the central district and Kumamoto Castle seem to be connected.

Recognised as the best conversion project in the Baltics, Paupys was developed in the UNESCO-protected Vilnius Old Town, on an abandoned factory site.
In 2015, the buildings were dismantled and the 6 hectares area cleaned and decontaminated.
Today, a new district, created by 7 prominent architecture studios, provides residential quarters, commercial area and offices. Integrated urban environment offers a cinema, a conference centre, restaurants, retail and services centred around a marketplace. Everything was carefully chosen to create a communal district with its unique atmosphere.
Paupys residents are provided with privacy, a riverside, communal spaces and architecture extending Old Town.

The Experience Park is built on Athens’ historic airport which has been vacant since 2001, surrounding the three Aviation Hangars, declared “Modern Monuments” by the Ministry of Culture.
Covering 75.000 sqm, the park features new softscape areas with 500 trees and 55.000 plants, plazas, a playground, outdoor gym, interactive fountain and supporting facilities.
It is inclusive and accessible by all, intending to promote the connections amongst visitors.
Main design principles are sustainability and celebration of the site’s heritage. The elements of the old airport are preserved to the extent possible, reinterpreted and revealed in a surprising and innovative way.
